Refund Policy

We have a 30-day Refund policy. We reserve the right to evaluate the explanation by the customer and at our discretion, make a decision if it is a valid reason for a refund.

Upon agreeing to a refund, the customer should send the watch back to us. We will only accept watches that are in excellent and in a non-used condition.

If everything is ok, we will process up to a 70% refund of the total cost within 10 working days.

We reserve the right to make ammendments to the T&C whenever it is deemed necessary.

Payment Terms

We accept PAYPAL as a mode of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship out our goods within 3-6 working days upon receipt of payment using our panel of delivery service providers. If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a new delivery date or other instructions.

We will exchange goods that are found to be defective or different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 2 working days of the delivery date if item is found to be different or faulty.

Change Order: Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been delivered.
